Built to Be Different.
The standards behind High Class Hands did not come from a marketing plan. They came directly from listening to the people I serve.
When I first entered this industry, I quickly noticed a pattern that didn't sit right with me: too often, the experience seemed centered on fast turnover instead of the person who actually booked it.
Rather than assume I knew what clients wanted, I started asking them what made finding a provider difficult. Their answers were remarkably consistent. Some had booked a 90-minute appointment and received barely 30 minutes. Others arrived expecting the price discussed during booking, only to be hit with hundreds of dollars in surprise charges. Some had paid deposits and never heard from the provider again.
I also heard about rushed appointments with little or no genuine massage, experiences that felt focused only on getting to the end, and clients arriving to meet someone completely different from the person pictured online. Just as often, what they remembered most was feeling like their time, comfort and trust did not matter.
That became my blueprint:

I built High Class Hands around the standards clients told me they were missing: honest representation, clear pricing, respected session times, direct communication, attentive service and genuine care for the guest's overall experience and well-being.

As my clientele grew, one value became even more important: privacy. Some of my guests live very public lives; others are simply private people. I believe both deserve the same level of discretion. A client’s name, status, conversations, location and appointment details are not trophies, gossip or content. I do not believe someone should have to trade their privacy for excellent service.
More than two years later, that approach has helped me build a steady, loyal and highly valued clientele, including prominent and high-profile guests who appreciate consistency, professionalism and discretion. Their trust is something I protect, not something I advertise. I’ve also formally established High Class Hands as an LLC and continue taking the steps necessary to grow the business responsibly and elevate what I offer.
Of course a business has to make money — but for me, that has never been enough. Reputation matters. Satisfaction matters. But what I ultimately want to build is a business that matters: one where professionalism, integrity and kindness can exist together, where privacy is respected without question, where people feel genuinely cared for, and where doing things the right way is still worth something.
The world can always use more kindness, integrity and genuine people. Every day, I try to make High Class Hands a reflection of exactly that.
